Full-Time Speech/Language Therapist (Hospital-Based, Singapore)

A private hospital in Singapore is seeking a Speech/Language Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team. This role is well-suited for individuals passionate about adult rehabilitation and delivering quality care across diverse clinical settings.

A healthcare provider offering comprehensive hospital and rehabilitation services, covering acute care, long-term support, and community-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy in:
  • Acute settings (ICU, neurology, geriatrics, general medicine, surgery)
  • Inpatient rehabilitation and slow-stream rehab units
  • Community outreach and home therapy programs
  • Support specialised clinics for:
  • Swallowing disorders (Videofluoroscopy and FEES)
  • Participate in internal training and clinical research initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy from a recognised institution
  • Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore
  • Graduates from UKM, USM, or IIUM in Malaysia are eligible for temporary registration
  • Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centric care
  • Collaborative approach in working with healthcare teams
  • Prior experience in adult rehab and dysphagia management is a plus
