Job Summary

  • Perform on-site installation, supervision, and commissioning of Electrical and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
  • Carry out hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of system components and parts.
  • Conduct preventive, scheduled, and predictive maintenance tasks in accordance with maintenance plans.
  • Execute assigned field service jobs promptly and ensure proper completion of all service documentation for submission to the Service Coordinator.
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports in a timely manner.
  • Perform equipment testing and failure analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions or replacement parts to enhance system reliability.
  • Respond to field service calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring all service issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates, clarify issues, and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of general maintenance procedures, electrical systems, and ELV systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
