Customer Support Engineer_ Digital Power

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for maintenance of digital power business equipment.
  2. Provide technical support to Enterprise customers through telephone, mail or other service channel to trouble-shooting.
  3. Interface with engineering partner/on-site engineer to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering and maintenance process.
  4. Remote Maintenance support and solution provided for problems and technical queries raised by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
  5. Responsible for handling technical cases on internal ticket system and keep track of these problems during the whole resolving process until issue get completed resolved.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Possess Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related majors.
  2. Knowledge required: UPS, solar inverter, Site Power or Fusion Modular Data Center. Be familiar electrical and electronic.
  3. Strong technical troubleshooting skills in Enterprise level products: UPS, Industry Power, Indoor Power, solar inverter etc.
  4. Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  5. Digital Power business experience, such as Fusion Modular Data Center or Smart Photovoltaics technical experience, related qualification or equivalent and above preferred.
  6. Capable of bearing high pressure and adapting to multiple shifts based on business changed
