What You'll Do:
1. Attend general enquiries from homeowners via phone calls, emails, text messages, or walk-ins.
2. Support the Client Relations team in logging and tracking owner queries, key collections, defect reports, and renovation updates.
3. Assist in preparing basic documents, checklists, and reports for internal circulation.
4. Maintain filing systems, key storage, and documentation related to project operations.
5. Support the team during joint inspections and handovers at Maya Ara.
6. Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Who You Are:
1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
2. Fluency in both English and Malay
3. Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
4. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
5. Team player, able to work and support in a team setting
6. Have strong interest in real estate, administration and client servicing
Working Arrangement:
On-Site at Maya Ara. Work closely with our Corporate Projects and Client Relations team.
