Job Description

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails, responding to customer or internal inquiries promptly.
  • Review and verify sales submissions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and manage QR devices and related documentation.
  • Coordinate courier services, including packaging and delivery arrangements.
  • Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and generate reports as required.
  • Manage office supplies, including pantry items and stationery orders.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Mass communication or other related disciplines.
  • A good team player
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Work location: Kota Damansara

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
