This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative and customer service operations. The intern will support the Customer Service team in day-to-day tasks, communication management, and process coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Generate, update, and consolidate reports for management review.
  • Support the Customer Service team in coordinating documentation and follow-ups.
  • Complete assigned tasks effectively and within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint).
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.
