What You'll Do:

  • Support the Customer Service team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports to support management decisions.
  • Assist with documentation, data updates, and process coordination.
  • Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations and complete tasks within deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
