Internship for Admin

Job Scope for Internship Admin Processing (E-commerce) :
- Manage the end-to-end order processing for eCommerce orders
- Liaise with vendors, internal marketing and operation teams on operation matters, such as product promotion, product margin, order cancellation and delivery
- Upload marketing content in e-commerce platform and participate in sales promotion such as payday, double-day and festival sales.
- Provide after sales support to customers
- Assist in preparing eCommerce related reports.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree of Business Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office and basic networking will be added advantages.
- Applicants must be in the last semester of study.
- Applicants must have good communication skill and customer service.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
Job Types: Internship, Student job
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
