Program Overview

  • Total Duration: 9 Months
  • Soft Skill Training: 1 Week
  • On-the-Job Training (OJT): 8 Months and 3 Weeks

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be crucial to the team, focusing on design and content creation:

  • Design engaging visual materials, including web pages, brochures, logos, handbooks, magazine covers, and social media content.
  • Ensure all digital platforms are continuously updated with accurate and current information.
  • Prepare compelling articles and promotional materials for both online (social media) and offline (posters, brochures) use.
  • Actively contribute to social media engagement strategies and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to support various marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required by supervisors.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

We encourage ambitious graduates who meet the following criteria to apply:

  • Education: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Mass Communication/
  • Broadcasting/
  • Event Management/
  • Creative Multimedia/
  • Or equivalent fields.
  • Academic: Minimum CGPA 2.50 and above.
  • Age: 27 years old and below.
  • Design Proficiency: Highly proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and basic video editing software.
