About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team at REVO GLOBAL SDN. BHD. in Kuala Perlis, Perlis. As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems and equipment
  2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruptions to operations
  4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repair histories, and performance data
  5. Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant technical diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a similar industry
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical systems
  4. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for mechanical maintenance and repairs
  5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  7. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
