Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute offline advertising expansion in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor region: billboards, bus wraps, transit ads, mall posters, community boards, flyer placements, etc.
  • Source, negotiate and evaluate local media companies, outdoor networks, media vendors / agencies to identify channels aligned with our blue-collar recruitment business scenarios
  • Negotiate advertising formats, rates, terms and contracts with media vendors / agencies
  • Supervise quality, timeline, and delivery of media placements to ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Monitor ad performance (impressions, reach, lead generation, offline inquiries), compile data and provide feedback / insights to project leader
  • Collaborate in developing local promotional strategies—integrating offline and online touchpoints (QR codes, flyers, local events)
  • Manage advertising budgets, control costs, compare media channel ROI, and continuously optimize media mix
  • Coordinate with design / printing / material vendors / installation teams for ad creatives, production, installation and maintenance
  • Maintain a media resource database and drafts periodic media landscape & planning reports
  • Assist project leader in ad-hoc ground marketing / field activation tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years (or more) of experience in offline ad procurement, media buying, local promotion, or working with media / advertising agencies
  • Familiarity with KL / Selangor local media / outdoor advertising ecosystem; existing vendor / media contacts preferred
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing campaign metrics, ROI and optimizing media allocation
  • Highly responsible, proactive, execution-oriented, able to handle onsite monitoring / supervision
  • Comfortable with occasional field visits, site checks, media installation oversight
  • Good command of English / Malay to liaise with local media / vendors
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience using media procurement / ad tools is a plus
