  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in modern trade channels.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains.
  • Execute sales plans and promotional activities to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance, assess opportunities, and gather competitor insights.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:-

  • Min. SPM or above.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in sales within modern trade channels.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG/retail market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.
  • Highly motivated, detail, focus, responsible and target driven.
