Job Title: Program Manager

Department: Sales

Role Overview

As a Program Manager at Rapid MFG, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program success, from order fulfillment to customer delivery. You will act as the primary bridge between our customers and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring that delivery schedules are met with precision in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Execution: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of programs, focusing on order fulfillment, customer delivery management, and material readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure build plans align with customer requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling presentations, reporting, and high-level escalations.
  • Data & Reporting: Utilize ERP/MRP systems and project management tools to analyze data, track progress via dashboards, and produce executive reports.
  • Process Improvement: Drive a continuous improvement mindset to optimize supply chain processes and program efficiency.

RequirementsTechnical Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in order fulfillment, program management, or customer delivery management.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management software. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is required.
  • Manufacturing Context: Deep understanding of material readiness, build plans, and supply chain workflows.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment or supporting global customers.
  • Certification: Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
  • Compliance: Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and compliance.
