Business and Economics Teacher for Secondary

AlS International School follows the Cambridge curriculum for primary, secondary, and IGCSE levels. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business and Economics Teacher who can effectively engage students and uphold high academic standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent learning and teaching, ensuring students achieve high academic standards in a student centered environment.
  • Prepare and maintain a rich, varied learning environment conducive to skill development.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methods and materials appropriate for meeting educational objectives.
  • Create and maintain a classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and respects students' maturity.
  • Develop detailed lesson plans and complete all necessary educational documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education, Business, Economics, or a related field, along with a teaching qualification.
  • Ability to teach Business and Economics at the Secondary level.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in IGCSE/Cambridge curriculum, preferably in an international school setting.
  • Demonstrated creativity and a growth mindset.
  • High standards of professionalism and a record of delivering high-quality teaching.
  • Potential to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
