Trainee BIM Modeler

Job Title: Trainee BIM Modeler

Location: Johor, Malaysia

Training Duration: 2 Months

Training Stipend: RM 1,000/month

Job Opportunity: Full-time employment upon successful completion of training

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in one of the following or similar roles:
  • Fresh Engineering Graduates(Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E, or a related field)
  • CAD Drafter
  • CAD Engineer
  • CAD Designer
  • BIM Modeler Fresher
  • Proficient in Auto CAD usage within at least one of these: Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Designing, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Eagerness to delve into Revit based 3D Modeling.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Designing, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields.
  • SPM qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply for the BIM Modeler Career.

Candidate's Key Capabilities & Job Responsibilities after Training:

  • Proficiency in CAD and BIM Software: Demonstrate mastery in CAD and BIM software, effectively executing services aligned with project requirements.
  • Drawing & Model Preparation: Prepare precise drawings across diverse disciplines, including construction, detail, and as-built drawings, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Drafting and Dimensioning: Excel in drafting and dimensioning for approval and submission, including tender drawings and Revit models for projects and tenders.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere meticulously to quality checks, ensuring delivery of drawings and documents of the highest standard. Regularly update drawings with acute attention to detail.
  • Design and Drawing Production Support: Provide valuable support in design and drawing production, aiding in the submission of design and drawing documents.
  • BIM Model Maintenance: Demonstrate commitment to maintaining and updating BIM models throughout the project lifecycle until the As-Built stage.
  • Adherence to Project Scope and Schedule: Exhibit organizational prowess, working within project scopes and schedules to meet deadlines and milestones effectively.
