  1. Familiar and understanding of the liaison process with local authorities such as DBKL, MBPJ, MBSA, Local Councils, External Departments, Land Office & etc.

  2. To develop, manage and strengthen the relationship (act as corporate liaison) with the relevant authority departments.

  3. To handle, resolve, and overcome any issues that arise from respective authorities until approval obtain or the target achieve or the task is completed.

  4. To ensure submission documents are complete, complied with local bye-law approval guidelines before the official submission is made.

  5. Maintain close liaison with the processing officer and arrange for technical clarification and consultation between the project consultants and the processing officers.

  6. Close coordination with consultant, planner, architect & engineer for submission of application.

  7. ⁠To work closely with all heads/project managers of the property development and other relevant teams within the group to ensure that the necessary. important, compulsory and relevant authority requirements are fully complied with in a timely manner.

  8. Attending to internal & external meetings on all government liaison matters.

  9. To keep abreast of and to update the project and operation/construction team on approval procedures, flow chart, approval guidelines, requirements, best practices and submission requirements from time to time.

  10. To ensure timely application for Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for all completed projects.

  11. Develop and present frequent updated reports to top management and all heads of development & project heads/managers on the status of applications for ongoing and upcoming projects for approval.

  12. To assist in land or real estate acquisition and planning matters.

  13. To deal with government departments pertaining to business licenses, application or renewal processes.
