Identify and pursue potential purpose partners to meet set targets
- Formulate sponsorship packages, proposals, sales collaterals and approaches
- Provide effective servicing for purpose partners and ensure their contractual benefits are delivered
- Preparation and scheduling of sponsor/partner servicing meetings and reporting
- Liaison and coordination with other relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to help deliver purpose partner contractual benefits and agreed commercial and marketing objectives.
- Continuously assess the industry/market to identify new purpose partner opportunities and regularly update and track
- Preparation of purpose partner packages, proposals, presentations and related collaterals
- Secure new long term purpose partners and ad-hoc event partners when needed.
- Preparation of sponsorship contract brief for each secured sponsor/partner and on-going liaison with the sponsor/partner and Legal and other key internal stakeholders to contract close
- Management, direction and delivery of all purpose partners contractual rights and benefits
- Preparation of meeting agendas, meeting minutes/contact reports, monthly purpose partner attendance reports and 6 monthly update reports
- To work on ad-hoc projects related to purpose partners, promotion, when required.
- Establish sponsor target list
- Monitoring of local current events/programs, activities, CSR campaigns, trending and competitors across the sports, arts, leisure and entertainment sectors.
- Tailored proposals and presentations
- Preparation of purpose partner proposals and sponsorship agreement
- Responsible for purpose partner servicing plan
- Preparation and maintenance of reporting documentation
- Delivery of projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline (a marketing and business major would be advantageous)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written skills. Proficiency in speaking and writing in Mandarin would be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a sales or account executive role in a corporate, property (right-holder) or agency environment
- Experience in an attraction, leisure or hospitality property would be advantageous
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Proven ability and track record in achieving sales targets
- Personality: excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including ease of making judgement and decision-making skills, planning and organising skills, resilience, adaptability and integrity

**Salary**: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
