**Channel Development**:

- Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of channel partners.
- Identifying and qualifying potential partners based on industry fit and sales potential.

**Driving Sales Growth**:

- Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets through the channel network.
- Collaborating with partners on joint marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
- Providing ongoing support and training to partners to ensure they can effectively sell the company's products or services.

**Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, fostering trust and open communication.
- Addressing partner concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Negotiating and managing partner contracts and agreements.

**Performance Monitoring and Analysis**:

- Tracking and analyzing channel performance metrics, such as sales figures, partner profitability, and market trends.
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize channel performance.
- Reporting on channel activities and results to senior management.

**Additionally, Channel Partner Manager may also**:

- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing and product development to ensure channel alignment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and address potential threats.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential and existing partners.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of solid sales experience in the IT field;
- Possess IT or Smart Healthcare products knowledge and channel account management experience will be an advantage;
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in channel sales management
- Familiar with the B2B selling strategy;
- Experience in selling SaaS platform solutions;
- Experience in selling Smart Healthcare products and solutions is preferable;
- Experience with Azure and AWS is preferable;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Flexibility to travel frequently;
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and business landscape
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Immediately available is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
