Lab Admin

Sunway Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join us immediately and support daily laboratory operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in registering patients record into our system.
• Perform high quality work in data compilation and clerical duties with speed and accuracy.
• Provide, receive and process routine information with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all internal and external test results are tracked and monitored on daily basis.
• Ensure correct charge codes captured in Hospital Information System with no leakages.
• Ensure reports are timely dispatched to appropriate clinics or wards and forms are filled appropriately.
• Ensure external referral tests are sent out to appropriate laboratories and ensure follow up of overdue test results in timely manner.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM.
• At least 1 year of related working experience in hospital or lab setting.
• Able to multitask and good telephone etiquette.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Computer literate.
• Flexible to work on Saturdays (Half day).
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

• Bandar Sunway: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
