Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure scheduling and proper running of the BRMC meetings.
2. Perform on-going BRMC secretarial role including following up the papers for the BRMC meeting.
3. Review submissions and provide feedback to submitters to enhance quality of papers, upload the BRMC papers into the e-BRMC (e-Board portal).
4. Prepare notice, agenda of meetings, convene and attend BRMC meetings. Assist Manager in
following up on Matters Arising.
5. Compilation of information for Risk Dashboards for submission to BRMC meetings, Monthly Risk
Management report for Management Committee (MC) meeting and quarterly QSBM meetings.
6. Coordinate and request updated information for the annual qualitative write-up for financial risk
management objectives and policies for disclosure in annual statutory accounts as well as Basel II
Pillar 3 Disclosures.
7. Coordinate and request updated information for the qualitative write-up for annual BRMC Report and
Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control for inclusion in the HLBB Annual Report.
8. Maintaining records and ensuring that meeting reports and BRMC meeting minutes are filed properly
and accurately in sequence for easy retrieval.
9. Respond to ad-hoc queries from Management, BNM and GRM HODs relating to BRMC related
matters.
10. Able to coordinate multiple tasks, meet deadlines and consistently high quality deliverables on time.
