  1. To assist IT Manager in the IT software support and operation functions of the Management Corporation including but not limited to, software - Intsoft ProMIS (Property Management), ProAccwin (Property Accounting) and web.
  2. To work with Group IT team to perform software and hardware support, troubleshooting, testing and implementation for overall.
  3. To prepare and maintain all necessary documentation to ensure thorough and complete documentation of systems configuration, policies and procedures.
  4. To liaise with vendor and supplier on matters related to system support, troubleshooting, testing, implementation and sourcing.
  5. Reports all IT irregularities and provide options, alternatives and solutions to the said irregularities.
  6. Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, IT quality and innovation. Focus on better and more cost-effective IT methods.
  7. Identify and initiate improvement action(s) on software issues.
  8. At least 3 years working experience in IT software support.
  9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
  10. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software or equivalent.
  11. Minimum 3 years of working experience, result-oriented and is capable of a global approach to software management.
  12. Knowledge in software research, implementation, end-user training, management, maintenance is a prerequisite.
  13. Proficient in Intsoft ProMIS and ProAccwin software
