We're Hiring: Admin Assistant

Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a role that keeps things running smoothly at the top?

WK Consortium Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a proactive and dependable Admin Assistant to support our CEO with daily administrative, organisational, and coordination tasks.

What You'll Do
  • Assist the CEO with filing, documentation, and correspondence management
  • Handle bank reconciliations and basic administrative finance support
  • Organise and maintain company records, transmittal documents, and project files
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting / Management or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience supporting senior management is an advantage
