Looking for experience office admin assistant

Work Day: Mon-Fri, Sat (Half Day), Sun Off

Work Hour: Mon-Fri), Sat)

Break: pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry
  • Assisting with the organization and maintenance of office records and documentation
  • Supporting the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned
  • Perform basic accounting tasks: data entry, invoicing, payment tracking, and document filing
  • Assist with monthly recurring utility bill, rental etc...
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and operations team

  • Fast leaner, self motivated , trustworthy, and able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role, simple accounting skill is required.
  • Report to the superior without reminders from others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
