  • Sales and customer service:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information on furniture products.
  • Handle sales transactions, including processing orders and managing payments.
  • Address customer objections and concerns to close sales.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Sales strategy and performance:
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Analyze sales figures and expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Execute and support sales initiatives and action plans.
  • Marketing and promotion:
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Support special sales events and promotional activities.
  • Help with product display and merchandise organization.
  • Collaboration and administration:
  • Work with marketing, design, and operations teams to align goals.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales support documents.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in furniture sales, interior design, or a related retail or marketing field is often preferred.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is often preferred, though a diploma or certificate may also be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in design software is a plus for some roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
