About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Administrative Intern in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will support the administrative and operations team in managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and assisting in documentation and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Support company secretarial tasks and documentation under supervision
  • Assist to manage and update social media content for administrative purposes
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers
  • Assist to send and collect documents to/from clients' offices
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the team
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and a good team player
  • Possess own transport is an advantage
