- To handle employee relations and industrial relations
- To promote positive work culture
- To ensure full compliance with Employment Act & Corporate policies & assist in payroll procedures
- Handling staff claims and document control in relation to resolve grievances and handle disciplinary
- Recruitment & Training - to build master plan for staff career development, KPI appraisals.
- General admin support company festive event, manage licenses and permit
Qualification requirements or equivalent
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or related field
- Min. 2 years in HR role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in computer software application
