Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Packing & Delivery Assistant to support daily operations by preparing, packing, and delivering stock or merchandise to various outlets or event locations. This role is hands-on and involves working in the warehouse and on the road. It does not require computer work or administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack merchandise and promotional items accurately and securely based on packing lists or instructions
  • Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
  • Deliver stock, promotional items, or display materials to outlets or event sites as scheduled
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining stock in the warehouse
  • Support basic merchandising setup at outlets or event venues when required
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of both the parking area and the warehouse
  • Report any stock issues, delivery delays, or damages to the supervisor
  • Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines during handling and transportation

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
  • Responsible and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of stock handling and delivery processes
  • Valid driving license (if responsible for driving the delivery vehicle)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or events when needed
