Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead the BD team and assist the GM in managing sales operations.
- Ensure achievement of all agreed sales targets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other business unit (e.g.,warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding) for joint sales efforts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and expand existing customer portfolios.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to customer needs.
- Oversee customer relationship management and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor and report weekly/monthly sales performance.
- Represent the company in high level client meetings and negotiations.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff
Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in logistics sales or business development.
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
- Strong leadership and strategic skills.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
