  • To confirm all materials received tally with item descript and quantity written on Delivery Order.
  • To ensure proper storage of raw and packaging materials in the store according to storage conditions.
  • To follow First in First out (FIFO) for raw and packing materials issuing.
  • To make sure all raw and packaging materials are labelled.
  • To co-ordinate with Supply Chain Department regarding materials receiving.
  • To co-ordinate with Quality Assurance Department for materials incoming check, approval and incoming rejection/defective.
  • To co-ordinate with Production Department for raw and packaging materials supplying.
  • To co-ordinite with Logistic Department regarding materials rejected / retuned to suppliers.
  • To return rejected materials to supplier according to information given by Quality Assurance Department / Supply Chain Department.
  • To arrange raw material unloading from container.
  • To perform other duties stipulated as per FSSC 22000 requirements.
  • To follow Environment, Safety and Health Procedure.
  • To follow and comply with all Safe Operating Procedure (OHSAS including used of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • To carry out operations and duty with care for the environment. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
