Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Readiness

· Set up and manage local payment and e-commerce test accounts (e.g., bank accounts, e-wallets, credit cards, shopping accounts).

· Ensure test environments comply with local payment standards and are fully functional for project testing.

  1. Daily Project Operations (Research, QA Testing, Debugging)

· Work with the global team to design and execute research and testing protocols.

· Conduct user flow and competitive analysis based on local e-commerce trends.

· Provide insights and local language feedback for usability surveys and product evaluations.

· Report findings, document results, and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines.

· Record and archive test results in the master project directory.

  1. Research Operations (User Study Support)

· Manage and refresh local user panels for ongoing studies.

· Recruit and screen qualified users for research participation.

· Schedule user study sessions and coordinate logistics with team members.

· Handle participant incentives, reimbursement tracking, and expense documentation per local market.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Design, Psychology, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in UX design, UX research, e-commerce testing, or fintech operations.

· Familiar with e-commerce and payment platforms in the local market.

· Strong understanding of UX principles (usability testing, heuristic evaluation, user flow analysis).

· Proficient in English (B2 level or above); native proficiency in local language required.

· Organized, analytical, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment.

· Self-driven and resourceful, capable of setting up independent test environments.

· Basic video editing skills (e.g., screen recording, blurring/censoring, simple cutting).

· Comfortable collaborating with international teams across time zones.
