Job Overview :

We are seeking a Project Manager based in Malaysia. The role is focused on ground improvement works for data center projects, ensuring full project success from mobilization to completion. The Project Manager will lead site teams, manage resources, control costs, ensure compliance with QHSE standards, and maintain client satisfaction while protecting the client's interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution from start to finish.
  • Source competitive offers and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Lead site operations, ensuring timelines, quality, and productivity.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and motivate multicultural project teams.
  • Oversee cost control, reporting, invoicing, and payments.
  • Handle claims and contractual documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards and promote safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnics preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in geotechnical or foundation projects.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle project and contract management.
  • Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent project planning, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
