About the role

This full-time Video editing cum content creator position at Bestmas (M) Sdn Bhd' in Shah Alam, Selangor is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's creative and content production efforts. You will be responsible for crafting engaging video content that showcases the brand and resonates with the target audience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Edit video footage and create compelling video content for the company's marketing and promotional campaigns
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise, script and storyboard video projects
  3. Source and curate relevant multimedia assets to enhance video quality
  4. Ensure videos are produced on time and to the highest standard
  5. Monitor video performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimise content
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and trends

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in video editing and content creation, preferably in the advertising, arts or media industry
  2. Strong technical skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  3. Proficiency in motion graphics, visual effects and post-production techniques
  4. Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visuals
  5. Familiarity with content performance tracking and optimisation
  6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
