About the Role
: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to act as the strategic technical owner and trusted advisor for our key enterprise customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, governance, and lifecycle of Orange solutions, ensuring they drive innovation and deliver maximum value.

Required HC :

Japanese speaking – Malaysia

Korean speaking – Malaysia

English, Malay, Chinese speaking – based in Malaysia

Responsibilities
:

  • Architecture & Governance
    : Own the overall architecture, governance, and technology roadmap for Orange solutions within the customer's environment. Ensure holistic capacity and availability management.
  • Lifecycle Management
    : Lead technology lifecycle management with a focus on solution innovation. Assess feasibility and mitigate risks for new services.
  • Quality Assurance
    : Provide governance and quality assurance for all Orange technical services, including high-level and low-level designs.
  • Customer Advisory
    : Interface with senior customer stakeholders as a strategic advisor. Lead and deliver high-value consulting engagements.
  • Business Development
    : Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and tender responses.

Qualifications
:

  • Experience
    : 15+ years in customer-facing roles within the telecom or IT industry.
  • Technical Expertise
    : Proven mastery in solution design and architecture across N
    etwork, Security, and Cloud technologies.
  • Strategic Skills
    : Demonstrated experience in technology governance, lifecycle management, and roadmap planning.
  • Certifications
    :
    Relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) and consulting methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) are highly desirable.
  • Personal Profile
    : A customer-champion with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Resilient, able to work in a matrix organization, and a natural leader and mentor. Must be internationally mobile.
