Nurse / Medical Assistant (MA) – Klinik Perubatan Wildan

Location: Klinik Perubatan Wildan 24 Jam, MBKT , Tingkat Bawah Jalan Bukit Besar, 21100 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu

Position Type: Contract / Permanent

APC Requirement: Must have a valid and active Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

Main Responsibilities

As a Nurse / Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, quality patient care, and a positive customer experience:

  • Greet patients warmly and conduct basic health inquiries to ensure a comfortable and professional patient experience.
  • Register patients accurately in the clinic system, ensuring all personal and medical information is complete.
  • Assist the attending doctor during procedures, including preparation and sterilisation of equipment according to the treatment required.
  • Dispense medication to patients as instructed by the doctor, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
  • Manage panel claims: handle documentation, submission, and communication with insurance companies or relevant panels.
  • Support clinic marketing activities, including promoting services and participating in basic content creation for digital platforms (optional based on clinic needs).
  • Perform other clinical and operational duties as assigned to ensure the clinic runs efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Certificate / Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant (MA).
  • Must possess an active Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide friendly patient service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use clinic systems.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team.

Added Advantages

  • Experience in private clinic or outpatient services.
  • Phlebotomy skills (blood taking), vaccination experience, or triage knowledge.
  • Comfortable assisting in minor procedures.
  • Familiar with panel claim systems.
