SCOPE OF WORK
Recruitment & Hiring
Prepare and publish job advertisements.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
Employee Records & Database Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, performance, attendance).
Update staff information (address, position, salary, employment status).
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily staff attendance.
- Process leave applications (annual, medical, unpaid leave, etc.).
Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.
Payroll & Compensation
Prepare payroll data (attendance, overtime, allowances, statutory deductions).
Manage salary adjustments
Training & Development
Identify staff training needs.
- Plan and organize internal or external training programs.
Collect feedback and prepare post-training reports.
Discipline & Employee Conduct
Issue show cause letters, verbal/written warnings, or disciplinary actions.
- Handle staff complaints or misconduct investigations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Workplace Safety & Employee Welfare
Oversee implementation of workplace safety SOPs.
- Manage employee insurance, medical benefits, SOCSO claims, and workplace incidents.
Organize staff engagement or welfare activities.
Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR reports (recruitment, turnover, leave, discipline, training).
Assist with internal audits and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Industrial Relations
Address employee grievances and concerns.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management.
- Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
