SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Recruitment & Hiring

  2. Prepare and publish job advertisements.

  3. Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

  4. Employee Records & Database Management

  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, performance, attendance).

  6. Update staff information (address, position, salary, employment status).

  7. Attendance & Leave Management

  8. Monitor daily staff attendance.

  9. Process leave applications (annual, medical, unpaid leave, etc.).
  10. Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.

  11. Payroll & Compensation

  12. Prepare payroll data (attendance, overtime, allowances, statutory deductions).

  13. Manage salary adjustments

  14. Training & Development

  15. Identify staff training needs.

  16. Plan and organize internal or external training programs.
  17. Collect feedback and prepare post-training reports.

  18. Discipline & Employee Conduct

  19. Issue show cause letters, verbal/written warnings, or disciplinary actions.

  20. Handle staff complaints or misconduct investigations.
  21. Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

  22. Workplace Safety & Employee Welfare

  23. Oversee implementation of workplace safety SOPs.

  24. Manage employee insurance, medical benefits, SOCSO claims, and workplace incidents.
  25. Organize staff engagement or welfare activities.

  26. Monitoring & Reporting

  27. Prepare monthly HR reports (recruitment, turnover, leave, discipline, training).

  28. Assist with internal audits and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  29. Industrial Relations

  30. Address employee grievances and concerns.

  31. Act as a mediator between employees and management.
  32. Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
