Work hours : Monday - Friday (10AM-7PM)

JOB SCOPE
- Manage the hiring/recruitment process.
- Develop HR Strategies in accordance with the overall business.
- Manage employee leave policies.
- Improve HR policy.
- Revise performance appraisal systems.
- Devise ways to improve employee engagement and morale.
- Asses and plan for training needs for employees.
- Experience in payroll processing
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Able to organise annual dinner/ any company activities

Salary RM 2800 -RM3200 (based on expertise)
