Accountabilities: 1. Conduct research, identify areas for change and its implementation. 2. Assist to develop high-level analytical frameworks and methodologies for research projects, reports, and articles publications. 3. Deliver organisational level analysis to the management. 4. Assist to provide guidance to external researchers / independent consultants on works using internal data. 5. Present and disseminate internal and external research results to relevant stakeholders in a useful and understandable format. 6. Employ suitable quantitative / qualitative research method (s) for any given research problem(s) 7. Checks on data, reports, and presentations and collaborate closely with researchers and statisticians of relevant organisations (e.g. ILMIA, Department of Statistics etc.). 8. Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Qualifications: 1. Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Management, Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science and other relevant social sciences. 2.
