**Job description**

You are responsible in assisting the Senior Managers in planning the day-to-day operations of the Research & Consultancy Department.

**JOB DUTIES**

a) To collect, collate and analyse market data on all property sectors on demand, supply, rents, prices, transactions, yields, demographics, industry and economic indices and to update this regularly.

b) To maintain, sort and keep record of newspaper reports, articles, trade journals, newsletter on the property industry, finance, government policies, and economy as well as local and foreign companies related to the property industry.

c) Keep a library of property-related textbooks, government acts and statutes, directories, compendiums, company annual reports and ROC company records for use by Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

d) To keep abreast of the latest property and related news as well as developments in research techniques and methodologies.

e) Be responsible for the writing, publication, circulation and sale of regular property market dates, reviews, reports, and occasional special topic papers.

f) Write regular articles and establish property indices for publishing by the press.

g) Conduct and write reports of market and feasibility studies, market surveys and any other reports/ studies that the company may be engaged to provide.

h) To keep abreast of the latest property and related news as well as developments in research techniques and methodologies.

i) To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.

j) To carry out all relevant tasks which are associated with the preparation of research reports, and ensuring that the data collected or information received or conclusions drawn are in order for inclusion in the reports.

k) When necessary, assist the Manager in training and supervising junior research staff and undertaking the said in a professional and competent manner.

l) Assist in the collection of research fees and control of operation costs of Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

m) To assist the Research Manager in day-to-day operations of the Research & Consultancy Department.

n) Respond to research enquiries.

o) To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
b) At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

c) Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

d) Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
