Key Accountabilities: 1. To execute legal proceedings through PSMB's panel lawyers against employers who defaulted in making levy contribution (Section 14). 2. To liaise with the Supervisory Body (CKSP) of Ministry of Human Resources on investigation(Seksyen 14 PSMB ACT 2001) and legal proceedings undertaken by them 3. To attend court proceeding and to be a witness for cases under PSMB's panel lawyers for levy matters 4. To attend meetings between Levy Unit (PSMB), the Supervisory Body (CKSP) of Ministry of Human Resources and the Legal Advisor of Ministry of Human Resources from time to time. 5. Visit employers under close case stage (if necessary) 6. Responsible as a key person to engage & liaise with Cawangan Kawalselia & Penguatkuasaan (CKSP) of MoHR to execute civil proceedings against employers who violate the PSMB Act 2001 & attend the court proceedings. Requirement: 1. Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Law/ Enforcement or equivalent 2. At least 2 years of working experience in related field. 3. Experience working with government entity or agency is an added advantage 4. Proficient in BM and English, both written and spoken 5. Proficient using Microsoft Office and Excel 6. Ability to work under own initiative with minimum supervision. 7. Able to travel frequently
