Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 Ensure recoverability and workability of DR IT system infrastructure in accordance with the

defined recovery strategy.

 Assist to collate and update recovery plans and procedures for review and approval.

 Assist to Develop and improve DR testing strategy

 Assist to plan, coordinate and execute mandatory/ adhoc DR testing.

 Assist to improve and rectify any system or process shortcoming identified during testing.

 Ensure DR Plan development is in line with the bank recovery strategy requirement.

 Participate and assist in Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis review.

 Assist to collate and recovery strategy information for review and documentation.

 Assist to update and maintain plan to ensure currency.

 Develop, review and approve DR project involvement and costing model

 Participate and assist to conduct and document recovery requirements analysis.

 Assist to document preliminary plan and cost procedures.

 Ensure timely delivery and completion of mandated DR activity.

 Advance planning and scheduling.

 Review activity plan to determine resource requirements.

 Prepare and update activity plan for review.

 Conduct briefing session to team members

 Raise activity change and obtain relevant approvals.

 Manage and coordinate execution.

 Prepare activity report

Key Outcomes / Deliverables

 Enable business unit to continue to support critical business functions/ operations in the event of

disaster declaration.

 Ensure documented Plan is up to-date and current and is reflective of the bank’s overall recovery

strategy.

 Ensure on time DR project deliverables that meet client requirement and expectation.

 Ensure completion of mandatory activity in a timely and coordinated manner

 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

 3 to 5 year’s Familiar with BCM and DR in financial industry

 DRI (Disaster Recovery Institute) certification is preferrable

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
