Job Responsibilities

  • You will be accountable to process, initiate and collect KFK Recovery claims from a Third Party Claimant Takaful Operator upon full settlement of the third-party claims using the automated KFK Portal in Merimen system for the purpose of achieving maximum recovery collection, minimizing the provision of bad debts and reducing impairment.

  • You will be responsible to process mandate and payment of KFK Reimbursement claims to Third Party Handling Takaful Operator upon receiving their notification and Debit Notes within the stipulated time frame using automated KFK Portal in Merimen system.

  • You will follow-up with Claimant Takaful Operator for the payment by sending the listing of all pending payment to them.

  • You will process all TP KFK Reimbursement Claims receives from Third-Party Handling Takaful Operator via Merimen System, in line with the established SOP and workflow process.

  • You will process Motor salvage recovery: and Initiate and re-initiate tender from Tender review, award, payment collection and follow up on vehicle release process.

  • You will maintain good working relations with others internal or external in order to ensure smooth operations of KFK Recovery, KFK Reimbursement and Motor Wreck Recovery.

Job Requirements

  • You must possess a bachelor's degree in insurance or risk management or its equivalent.

  • You must have at least 5 years of working experience in claims management or claims recoveries. Having strong technical knowledge in Motor Recoveries or KFK would be advantageous.

  • You must have good interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills to enable further success in this role.
