Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Bangsar KL. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and nurturing a positive working environment. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, maintain pay plan and benefits program, assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or hiring and staffing roles is a plus
