JOB SCOPE

  • Manage the hiring/recruitment process.
  • Develop HR Strategies in accordance with the overall business.
  • Manage employee leave policies.
  • Improve HR policy.
  • Revise performance appraisal systems.
  • Devise ways to improve employee engagement and morale.
  • Asses and plan for training needs for employees.
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Able to organise annual dinner/ any company activities
