About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Arena Nation Human Resource Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, data entry, and document preparation
- Providing scheduling and calendar management support for our team
- Assisting with meeting coordination, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Performing other general office duties as required
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
