Accountabilities: 1. Assist in designing and developing new and / or revise existing training curriculum and materials based on the HRD Corp Industrial Skills Framework / training needs of the industry. 2. Initiate new training course design process. 3. Initiate the development of course materials for certification, professional development, new products and technical. 4. Gather feedback for improvement. 5. Acts as liaison to the organization during new course development. 6. Create and edit tutorials, videos, handouts, learning guides, and other related knowledge assets. 7. Assist in developing instructional materials using authoring software in line with learning programmes. 8. Assist in developing 'Outcome-based' competency training standards. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources Management or Social Science. 2. At least 1 years of relevant working experience in related field. 3. Working experience in project management function is an added advantage.
