About the role

Radium Development Berhad is seeking a talented and driven Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced Marketing and Communications team. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our brand visibility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.)
  2. Creating compelling content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, marketing collateral) to engage our target audience
  3. Analysing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights to optimise future marketing efforts
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies
  6. Providing support in event planning and execution
  7. Assisting with the management of our social media platforms and online presence

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the property development or related industry
  2. Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, SEO, Google Analytics)
  6. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  7. Strong organisational and project management skills
  8. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and a team player
