**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, which may involve preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
**2. Employee Records**:
- Maintaining and updating employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Managing personnel files and ensuring they are complete and up-to-date.
**3. Time and Attendance**:
- Tracking and managing employee attendance, including timekeeping and leave requests.
- Generating reports related to attendance and time-off balances.
**4. HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Management**:
- Utilizing HRIS software to input and update employee data.
- Generating reports and extracting relevant information from the HRIS as needed.
**5. HR Communications**:
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of internal HR communications.
- Helping to create and update HR policies and procedures.
**6. Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks**:
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department. - Assisting with special HR projects as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; some positions may prefer a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software.
