**1. Rekrutmen & Pengambilan Pekerja (Recruitment)**
- Menyediakan dan mengiklankan jawatan kosong.
- Menapis resume dan mengatur temuduga.
- Mengendalikan proses onboarding & orientasi pekerja baru.
- Sediakan surat tawaran, kontrak kerja & fail peribadi staf.
**2. Pengurusan HR & Rekod Pekerja (HR Administration)**
- Menyimpan dan mengemaskini rekod perkhidmatan pekerja.
- Menyediakan surat rasmi seperti surat amaran, pengesahan kerja, termination, dll.
- Menyediakan ID, uniform, access card dan keperluan pekerja lain.
- Mengurus cuti, MC, kehadiran & timesheet.
**3. Gaji & Faedah (Payroll & Benefits)**
- Menyediakan payroll bulanan: gaji pokok, OT, elaun, komisen.
- Mengira potongan KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, PCB (LHDN).
- Menangani tuntutan pekerja (claim perjalanan, petrol, makan, dll).
- Mengurus faedah syarikat: insurans, panel klinik, elaun, bonus.
**4. Tatatertib & Hal Ehwal Pekerja (Employee Relations)**
- Menangani isu disiplin, amaran, aduan staf.
- Mengendalikan sesi kaunseling / perbincangan bila perlu.
- Menjaga keharmonian hubungan majikan-pekerja.
- Memastikan compliance dengan Akta Kerja Malaysia.
**5. Latihan & Pembangunan (Training & Development)**
- Menilai keperluan latihan staf.
- Merancang program latihan dalaman / luaran.
- Menyediakan laporan latihan untuk HRD Corp.
- Mengurus claim HRD Corp (jika syarikat berdaftar).
**6. Penilaian Prestasi (Performance Management)**
- Menyediakan borang dan sistem KPI/KRI.
- Mengurus sesi penilaian & pengesahan kerja.
- Menyediakan laporan prestasi dan cadangan kenaikan gaji.
**7. Dasar & Proses HR (HR Policies & SOP)**
- Mengemaskini handbook pekerja.
- Menyediakan dan menyemak SOP syarikat.
- Pastikan semua proses HR mematuhi undang-undang buruh.
**8. Keselamatan, Kebajikan & Kebersihan Tempat Kerja**
- Mengurus program keselamatan dan kesihatan perkerjaan (OSH).
- Mengurus kebajikan pekerja: majlis, sambutan hari lahir, CSR, dll.
**9. Laporan & Analisis HR**
- Menyediakan laporan HR bulanan: headcount, turnover, OT, cuti, KPI.
- Menganalisis data HR untuk cadangan penambahbaikan.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
