Main Responsibilities
- To assist in talent sourcing, screening, and arrange interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate training programs including administering post training evaluation and update training records.
- To compile the necessary documents for HRD Corp (HRDF) submission
- Manage ISO documentation for HR Department such as reporting in training manhours and certificate, attendance. To ensure that documentation is completed and filled.
- Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for all the documents for new joiner and resignation.
- To assist in preparation of monthly reports such as HR E-news, recruitment & training reports
- Participate in organizing events/ activities for staff. (Example: Annually Company Events, Employee Club Activities & etc).
- To comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, which is applicable to your own actions and conduct.
- Any other duties associated with the position as and when necessary, from time to time.
- Assisting in inserting and formatting gathered content into a handbook (layout and visual design skills preferred)
- Supporting the reorganization and user-friendly restructuring of our SharePoint site
- Drafting memos and assisting with internal communications
Competency Requirement
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources field or equivalent.
· Fresh graduate is welcome
Skill
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Computer knowledge ie: Excel, Words, Power Point.
· Good organisation & Coordination skills.
· Good Designing skills.
Job Requirement
- Able to work proactively and with minor supervision.
