Responsibilities:

· Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.

· Manage and repair copier on and off-site

· Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues

· Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause

· Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine are in working condition.

· Conduct trouble shooting on machines and escalate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.

· Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage

Requirements:

· Candidate must posses at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

· Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.

· Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.

· Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.

· Knowledge of colour digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.

· At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.

· Possess good eye vision and not colour blind.
